In this week’s podcast I talk about the elusive and multi-layered concept of Time. Whether it is the pressure of clock time or the emotions associated with psychological time, we experience time as a construct of either society or our own minds. To escape the confines of time we need to learn to connect to our own timeline and begin to work with “Father Time”; our greatest teacher.
Many people speak about the “No Time”, a spiritual realm where time doesn’t exist, but what does this means? It’s difficult for our minds to grasp this concept as we make sense of living through the construct of time. It is so much a part of existence that we rarely question how it works or see how malleable it is. By unravelling the concept of “No Time” we can learn how to be liberated from the pressures of time and be free within the present moment.
