The awakening process can be viewed as the archetypal “Hero’s Journey” which has been described in myths throughout the ages. The seeker typically goes through a series of initiations, trials and tribulations once they step into the unknown.

The inner exploration that is required on this journey takes courage, because we must bring to light all that has been suppressed within ourselves. This “Shadow Work”, as described by psychoanalyst Carl Jung, is vital if we are to regain our joy for life and a sense of empowerment.

If we only focus on transcending our pain we will continue to live an inauthentic, empty life that may look good on the surface, but offers limited fulfillment. Once we bring what was unconscious into the light of our awareness, we can be free from mental and emotional disturbances. This gives us much more energy to create our life anew, without fear.

Liberation is the goal of the awakening process, yet this takes time and patience. If you are ready to take action towards change, I can offer you wisdom, knowledge and practical tools to help you along your path.

Personal Mentoring

I offer 90 minute one-to-one mentoring sessions via Skype and a range of resources based on your specific needs, including personalised meditations, goal setting frame works and a spiritual toolkit.  After an initial 30 minute free assessment consultation, you can decide if working together is viable for you. Flexibility and the freedom to work at your own pace are key. This can range from bi-weekly sessions, to a more “hands-off” method of working over a longer period of time.

I am committed to those who are committed to taking action towards change, so If you are ready to step into a life less ordinary, please get in touch.

Please contact me for more information, or to book your initial free consultation.

I also offer a directory of books, documentaries, videos and other resources via my Resources page, all of which have helped me along the way. I hope they will act as a jumping off point for your own exploration.
