Following on from last week’s podcast, I have created a guided meditation to help you release the past and set intentions for the future. When we’re in a relaxed state we are much more susceptible to positive suggestions and we add more power to our intentions. The added benefit is our bodies are regenerated simply by taking 30 minutes to truly relax.
I recommend you listen to this before you sleep at night and use headphones if possible. The more you listen to it the more you will benefit.
