I hit the road again in this week’s podcast because being outside and connected to nature brings me more clarity, but why? Once we understand that our own frequency and bio-rhythms need to be in sync with that of the Earth, we can understand why being in nature is so important to our well-being. Not only do we become energised but we learn the lessons that nature has to teach us, the main one being unity.
In this week’s podcast I talk about freedom without consequences. It sounds like a movie title, doesn’t it? And in a way it is a fairy tale, yet this concept underpins so many of the social movements towards change. We spend so much time trying to change the behaviour of others, either in our personal lives or the collective, because we feel offended or threatened. Yet these feelings come from a deep sense of unworthiness; an unconscious feeling that we all have in common.
